1. What is your return window?


You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s unused, in original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.

2. How do I initiate a return or refund?


Email us at info@nuvinashop.com to start the return process. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

3. Who pays the return shipping fee?

Defective/damaged items or wrong shipments: Return shipping is covered by us.

Change of mind returns: You’re responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. What happens if my item arrives damaged?


Inspect your order immediately. If it’s damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

5. Are all items eligible for returns?


Unfortunately, no. We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, or hazardous materials.

6. Can I get an exchange instead of a refund?


We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your current purchase for a refund, then place a new order.
